Leadership

Leaders are people who are focused of achieving greatness. They will not stop until their goal has been reached. Great leaders have many achievements, except for when an obstacle stands in their way. That obstacle can either be the law, or public, or press, etc. I do not think less of leaders who show weakness or encounter failure, because they are human. I do think less of leaders who let failures make them weak and keep the down. Martin Luther King Jr. was an excellent leader. He pushed though all the obstacles until he achieved what he was hoping to. He did not let an obstacle keep him knocked down. He encouraged others to rise up, and not except failure as an option.
